Support Your Local Girl Gang

No your eyes so not deceive you, its an outfit post. Triggered by my new favourite thing, a skirt with braces! I brought this from a charity store but you can but similar here

Today's outfit feels cute and punky, one part pastel goth to two parts riot grrl and I love it. My green striped top was from Oxfam and my bikerboots are past season Yours.

I must point out my fab badge made by the very talented Chloe at LifesBig Canvas her work is awesome. It says support your local girl gang and whilst Im not sure I have a gang, I am blessed to know some very cool women who inspire me daily, so that's kind of the same thing.

This is the perfect Autumn outfit, especially today when its been tipping down. I realise that stripes and braces fly in the face of "flattering" on a plus size body, but you know me well enough to know I don't give a solitary f**k. I brought it, I liked it, I wore it. The end.

  2. Love this outfit!!! You look fabulous and this is so inspiring to me. What great charity shop finds.
Although I don't comment all that often: I love the turn your blog has taken. When becoming a mom 2015 I deleted my little plus size blog as all this consumerism felt empty and pointless to me. Well...one still needs to buy things once in a while. But not ALL the time. It is so inspiring how you're re-vamping/re-using stuff and I also like a lot how you put an emphasis on cruelty free stuff (make up & food etc.).
You rock girl! I'll be a returning visitor here on your blog :-)
