Golden Globes Red Carpet fashion-The plus size dupes

Its awards season which can only mean one thing-loads of red carpet fashion to drool over. As always I am going to pick out my favorites and scour the worldwide web for plus size versions. Today its all about the Golden Globes.

Lily James Marchesa
Lily James wore one of my favorite dresses of the night in this ethereal floaty gown by Marchesa. In a sea of sequins and colour she looked effortlessly beautiful.

Kate Winslet Ralph Lauren   

Definitely one of the key colours of the evening was dark navy. Perfect for conjuring up visions of old Hollywood and always particularly fetching on blondes as Kate Winslet showed off to great effect.

J-Lo Giambattista Valli 
Proving that she is getting even more stylish with age Jennifer Lopez looked totally fierce in a yellow caped outfit by Valli. So much love for this.

Ok so I couldn't find a yellow caped dress in plus size (if you know of one do let me know) but I did find a dress with a cape which is pretty awesome.

Jennifer Lawrence Dior

I have so much love for this tomato orange colour which featured quite a lot last night. No one wore it better than Katniss though.

If you can't wear sequins to the Golden Globes then really when can you? Julianne Moore looked dazzling in floor length Tom Ford.

Dresses with pockets featured quite a lot and no one did it better than Amy Schumer. This monochrome gown is both elegant but also informal-what a great combination.

Black velvet is such a stunning choice for channeling for old school Hollywood glamour and Lady Gaga was giving off some serious Monroe vibes in a corseted Versace gown.
