Plus Size evening wear featuring Yours Clothing

Its been a while since I have had a reason to break out my party shoes so when my better half Nicky Rockets was asked to be a judge at Miss Plus Size UK and they very kindly asked me too I was very pleased indeed.

Bitch face and sequins-standard

Black tie events are such a nice excuse to get dollied up. I always feel oddly excited when I can indulge my Magpie like tendencies to the full. Having the opportunity to wear hot pink sequins and glittery bow shoes is as good as it gets for me.

Shimmery drag queen chic

I fell totally head over heels with this pink sequinned chiffon dress by Yours as soon as I laid eyes on it. Yours really do pull it out of the bag when it comes to affordable plus size occasion wear. This is part of their Luxe collection and is just so gorgeous.I felt like a glittery, shimmery drag queen in it and honestly didn't want to take it off.

My shoes were also by Yours and are Minnie Mouse style peep toe platforms, wide fit these are surprisingly comfortable-I didn't feel like the balls of my feet were on fire even after wearing them all night which is quite rare.I usually approach heels as you would a spitting frying pan, with caution, eager to try the contents but also scared of being injured.
My clutch is a last season number by Accesorize and is out of stock but this metallic clutch from Topshop is similar if I have turned you onto the glittery side of life (and I hope I have, its fabulous)

As you can see the whole family went along and I was very impressed by babas outfit which she styled herself. I'm well jell of her Stevie Nicks hat.
Nicky wore his new leopard print jacket and looked very handsome indeed.

It was a wonderful evening and I felt quite marvelous in my outfit-I even had pink glittery butterflies in my hair because you can never have too much glitter or big enough hair, not sure who said that, I think it was me.
