Last week at Curvy Con I was lucky enough to be at the next stand to a great plus size clothing brand called Topsy Curvy A nicer group of women you would struggle to find and their range of affordable cute plus size fashion was very lovely indeed.
Pretty in pink |
They very kindly gave me this baby pink bow skater dress to review and I absolutely love it.Plus size fashion just got very cute indeed.
Mister Truffles is enjoying having his photo taken, he is such a poser. |
The shape is classic plus size skater dress. Round neck, sleeveless and gently pulled in at the waist.I'm wearing a size 20 and it fits really nicely. No pinching under the arms and feels like I could eat a big dinner without feeling too constricted which lets be honest is an important requirement for me.
All wrapped up in a plus size bow |
The colour is just perfect, pale pink with a contrasting black bow waistband and hem detail which make it very Audrey Hepburn.
I hope I get top marks for coordinating my bush to my dress (snicker) |
I've worn it with my absolutely fave shrug by Simply be-I love how this has slightly eighties style shoulder pads. It gives such a nice shape and is in a beautiful lightweight material.
Channelling some old skool Lilly Allen |
Bows and boobs |
Topsy Curvy took part in the Curvy Con fashion show and have so many nice pieces, I am sure I will be wearing lots more of their designs this summer.
More pink to make Betty wink
