Cruelty Free Make Up review

Being  a big make up head whilst also being  a lover of our furry friends is not always the easiest road to travel. I am always on the look out for affordable cruelty free make up and would rather not pay through the nose for it. 

Monmag is a brand new company (so new they only have a facebookpage at the moment) who have just become the UK distributor for Paese cosmetics. Paeses range of make up and skincare  are all hypo allergic  and not tested on animals which is good news. They also strive to make products using as few chemicals and as many natural ingredients as possible which is music to my ears.

I was sent two products to review. The Kashmir eyeshadow Trio £5.50   which is a  collection of matt eye shadows with triple pigmentation and the blush with Argan Oil £6.95

The packaging is very simple and doesn't scream luxury but for inexpensive  cruelty free products I am not that fussed about how pretty it looks on my dressing table.The eyeshadow trio was in my fave neutrals palette with a pale beige colour, a taupe tone and a dark brown. I didn't find that the eyeshadows were very pigmented at all and had to really build up the colour but they are all super Matt which I love and once they were on fairly long lasting.

The blusher was far more pigmented and required only a few sweeps to create a lovely rose pink effect. I really liked this, it was very light and natural and easily built up if you wanted to look more rosy.

Overall both products were what I would expect for a "drug store" price point,however unlike most hig street make up these are cruelty free make up which isnt tested on animals so bravo.
