When Life Gives You Lemons: Review of Georges Lemon Print Peplum

Sharp bright lemon and dark inky black is one of my favorite colour combinations. It slightly jars but always looks fantastic.

George At Asda Lemoncello range

This lemon print peplum top by George at Asda is incredibly versatile and I've already worn it with a plain black pencil skirt and it looked equally good. I have a past season Simply dress in a similar fabric and wore it so much it fell apart so its a nice update of a well loved print for me.

Lemon Print Peplum Top
The Lemon print peplum top by George at Asda-looks anything but supermarket
I've teamed it with this fantastic black Kimono jacket which is new in at Simply be. This is the kind of seperate you will wear again and again. Its lightweight and hangs beautifully. Its pulled this outfit together so well and look incredibly chic and understated.

Simply be Kimono jacket
This kimono jacket is perfect for low key chic
These tapered trousers are another great buy from George at Asda. and are great quality which given that they are £6 is crazy. I'm wearing them with a pair of wide fit sling backs by Simply be but they looked just as good with my ballet flats too.

Simply be EE fit shoes
They call me mellow yellow-quite right
My accessories are my usual leopard print sunnies and my lemon crush satchel I'm feeling chic. relaxed and like I'm making lemonade from all life's lemons (see what I did there)

Asda Lemoncello range
Understated plus size chic-you wouldn't guess half of it was from a Supermarket
This outfit is such a good example of why you should check out plus size ranges at supermarkets. By mixing a few pieces with some Simply be faves I've created a beautiful look for much less than you would think.
