Nadia Aboulhosn For Boohoo Plus: Tuxedo Dress Review

Last week I shared the Nadia Aboulhosn for Boohoo Lookbook. 
Nadia who is a plus size model and blogger has created her own range for Boohoo reflecting her unique urban princess styling.

 It all looks absolutely gorgeous on her but the proof of the clothing is always in the wearing. I was keen to see how the designs would translate on my less ghetto fabulous booty and I have to say I'm really pleased.

I love the tuxedo style collar

I chose the Nadia Tuxedo dress which as the name suggests features a Tuxedo style collar and a fabulous zip running all down the length of the outfit.
The neckline is slightly low so I did stick a vest underneath so I wouldn't look too busty but for nighttime would definitely forgo it as it shows the Tuxedo element off so well.

The asymmetric skirt is such a nice design touch

I was also drawn to the asymmetric wrap skirt. I look design quirks like this which lift a fairly simple black dress into the realms of something quite special indeed.

Black tie never looked this good

The dress features deep side pockets and 3/4 length sleeves so has a slightly 1980's feel which I'm really enjoying.

Looking for  a date?

There is no escaping this is  a very short number and I have worn it with black tights and some kitten heels so I don't get arrested.

Plus size blogger designed cool

My Westwood Yasmin bag and silver hooped earring complete the look. Cool, understated and playful.
