Continuing my theme of citrus almost day glo brights today's outfit puts together a colour combination I love. Yellow, Blue and black.
I fell in love with these capri pants from the George at Asda lemoncello range as soon as I laid eyes on them. There is something wonderfully Audrey Hepburn about this style of trouser. I feel like I should be skipping around Cannes but instead Hoylake prom will have to suffice, and actually very pretty it looks too.

My black slingbacks are from Clarks and are the perfect compromise if you like the daintiness of heals but find wearing super high shoes just too uncomfortable. These are also the perfect height for wearing with jeans or cropped trousers.
Adding splashes of citrus colours to your outfits is a great way to get your wardrobe ready for spring and whilst I love a bit of Gothic drama it feels wonderful to wear something sunny and fresh after such a long winter.
