Plus Size Citrus Brights From George

Continuing my theme of citrus almost day glo brights today's outfit puts together a colour combination I love. Yellow, Blue and black.

I fell in love with these capri pants  from the George at Asda lemoncello range as soon as I laid eyes on them. There is something wonderfully Audrey Hepburn about this style of trouser. I feel like I should be skipping around Cannes but instead Hoylake prom will have to suffice, and actually very pretty it looks too.

The George at Asda Lemoncello range-spring in fabric form
My yellow top  from the same George range is just a simple yellow sleeveless number which is perfect for wearing under a jacket. Its light and floaty and a really nice relaxed shape.I love how it picks out the yellow in the print of my trousers.
Yellow, Blue and black-such  a good colour combination
My jacket was from the house of Fraser but Evans do a similar one here

My lips are criminal
I've worn my hair in a high pony because it just seems to suit this look and my lipstick is MUAs Lip lacquer  in Criminal. I love it.

Waiting for the postman

Accessories wise my
leopard print sunglasses are from last season but you can buy similar here and my yellow Satchel was a gift from Nicky Rockets but yet again you can get one almost the same here

Just catching  a few rays

My black slingbacks are from Clarks and are the perfect compromise if you like the daintiness of heals but find wearing super high shoes just too uncomfortable. These are also the perfect height for wearing with jeans or cropped trousers.
Adding splashes of citrus colours to your outfits is a great way to get your wardrobe ready for spring and whilst I love a bit of Gothic drama it feels wonderful to wear something sunny and fresh after such a long winter.
