That's A Print skirt from Simply Be!

Last summer I was lucky enough to meet the team from Look magazine who have designed a range for Simply be. 
I really loved this collection and fell in love with this printed skirt £39
 The mid calf length is not one I usually favour but the combination of the vibrant design and great cut (including pockets) really won me over.
Since them I have worn this lots but have never managed to get  a picture so here is me rectifying that because as I hope you agree its rather lovely.

I have teamed up this rather fabulous skirt with my #celfie tee £10 from Yours  which I did review a few months ago but which is still available too.
The logo teeshirt has become something of  a thing with bloggers, some slogans being better than others but as a self confessed instagram addict this one really tickled me.
As its blowing  a gale I have also put a short sleeved shrug on which is past season simply be.



Wearing a teeshirt with a fairly smart skirt is a great way to inject some casual cool into your wardrobe without having to commit to a full on jeans and tee approach. I find this look serves me really well when I have a day consisting of work meetings and social stuff as well as mummy duties. It feels smart enough to pass muster but is comfortable and low key enough to survive dashing to the school gates with the pug.

I hope Look magazine do another collection for Simply be, its not the most talked about collaborations but it remains one of my favourites. the use of dark blue, orange and black is such a great palette and the cut of these pieces is really lovely.
