Well Tickle My Tiger Milly: Hell Bunny Tropical Bird Dress review

Summer Loving

I love to play with fashion. In the autumn and winter months you will find me rockin out everything from metallic robot leggings to jewel print bodycon but come summer, well summer for me is all about the frock. And not just any frock- I want my heatwave dresses to be vintage inspired, in an array of bright colours and fabulous prints and today's dress does all that and so much more.
As soon as I saw this Hell Bunny tropical bird dress £44.99 from Tiger Milly I knew it had to be mine.

This dress is like summer in fabric form

The bright yellow colour coupled with the kitsch parrot print is like a blast of holiday fever in fabric form.

How glorious is this print

The style is classic Hellbunny, halter neck with the oh so clever elasticated back (a godsend if you are blessed in the boob department) wide swing skirt with enough fabric to drape beautifully without a petticoat and stick out for miles with one on.

The neckline is a deep V and I did put a tiny stitch in it to stop the girls being too much on show-I always do this with halter necks as I have a very short neck to chest ratio if that makes sense so halter necks are always too deep for me.

I always find the Hell Bunny sizing to be true and very comfortable around the waist and bust and this dress is no different. This is a size 20 and fits like a glove.A glove that lets me have pudding.

I've teamed this frock of fancy with some lovely vaguely 1940's mint suede sandals by Primark and a large yellow hair flower.

A dress this cute needs only a hair flower as an accessory

There is something so nice about showing the tops of your arms and your back if like me you hid them away for years. Its a liberation of sorts and if I'm flying  a flag I want it to be in this fabric.

Yes that is a pug sniffing my feet while I have my photo taken-I bet Tess Munster doesn't have to put up with this kind of interruption
