Bright Goes The Fatty: Carboot Bargains

Car Boot babe

Today has been absolutely glorious. The sun is shining, the sky is blue and I am feeling amazing as I soak up the rays and get some well needed vitamin D into my system.
Through the trees

I brought this dress from a local car boot a few weeks ago for a fiver. It has no label so it is brand unknown but I just love the splashy bright colour and the lace band near the bottom.
No known brand today just thrifty chic at its best

It may have been intended as a tunic top but as I'm so short its become a dress. Ive added a belt as without it I did look slightly maternity wear chic and that dear readers will never do. I want to look hot and fat not preggers!

Flower Power
This outfit may require sunglasses
I've teamed it with this rather blingtastic Parakeet necklace £15 which I brought from taking Shape a few weeks ago when I modelled at their store event in Liverpool. It is so bad taste that it may almost be good taste-its like jewellery to wear on a cruiseship-amazing.
Gorgeously Vulgar

In my hair is a floral headband which I brought from a shop called Boutique in the Pyramids in Birkenhead (just keeping it real for you) and on my trotters are some wide fit ballet flats from primark. I'm not loving this wide fit business, its a nice idea but they are like boats on me and believe you me I have got some seriously chubby feet.
Wide fit pumps by Primark-which are  a bit like boats

My bag is from when I went to Center Parcs so yet again is brand unknown. I like the candy stripes and the vaguely retro feel.
Groovy baby
I'm feeling rather lovely in this get up. Its not breaking any fashion barriers but sometimes just feeling groovy  is enough and yes I just used the word groovy with no irony. the sun must really have gone to my head.
