I’m a bit of a sucker for anything with faux fur trim. I’ve lost count of how many cardigans and coats I own which have a fun fur element. It always makes me feel quite glamorous and old Hollywood.

I fell in love with this grey fur trimmed wrap by Yours clothing as soon as I laid eyes on it. Its very affordable at £25 and also comes black, which I suppose would be more practical but the grey colour is so soft and kitteny I couldn’t resist.

Faux fur always feel so glam

I really like this style-a cross between a cardigan and a coat its really warm but not so hot that I am breaking into a sweat whenever I’m somewhere with heating (I made the mistake of doing some last minute Christmas shopping in a full fur coat the other day and my make up was melting down my face after a few hours)

I’m off to watch the film "The Hobbit" with the brown eyed crew and this seemed fitting-perhaps I can rename the shade “Gandalf Grey’ My husband was quite taken by this declaring I looked like a “sexy owl” whichever animal I’m resembling I feel fab.

Love the length of this-hits just above the knee

I always used to avoid anything that had a whiff of poncho about it as I was scared it would make me look like a mountain of fabric but because this falls so nicely it actually works well. Its not figure hugging but neither is it tent like.
