My first time with Lovedrobe |
Their range is considerable (you could easily lose a few hours just looking at the dress section) and goes up to a size 32 so represents real choice for lots of plus size hotties. It reminds me a little of the Asos Curve range, lots of quirky fashion forward designs alongside more classic pieces.
Getting my Grunge styling on |
Great quality and a lovely fit |
Pretty capped sleeves and cut neatly at the bias |
The quality of this frock is amazing, lovely heavy material, beautiful pleating on the skirt and the crochet collar sits flat with no curling edges. It screams quality and is a great length too. I'm wearing this with tights but unlike so many skater dresses its long enough that you could easily forge these.
No tights required |
I've already got so much wear out of this frock |
In these pictures I'm wearing this to work at my Fairytale/fantasy event and it stayed looking smart and uncreased after a full day of applying make up. I've since worn it out to dinner and to teach at a local university in so its fair to say I'm getting a lot of wear out of it.
To compliment the girlishness of the dress I've worn my hair half up, half down (or half rice half chips as me and Lilly call it) and chucked on lots of nars blush in shade "Orgasm"
Lovedrobe are having a massive sale at the moment with some ridiculous bargains so go and take a look.
