Have You Seen My New Boyfriend (Jacket)

My new boyfriend (jacket)

One of the things I love about blogging is that it forces me to try new looks and styles that I would otherwise dismiss. Today’s outfit is such a great example of this.
Smart/casual with an edge

I've seen other girls wearing "boyfriend" jackets and loved the combination of casual/put together. There is something about this style of jacket that has more than a whiff of Joan Collins power dressing about it which at Pamper Towers is definitely a good thing.
Glamerous and fun-my fave combination
This animal Jacquard boyfriend jacket by Simply Be is part of their new A/W collection and casting around for a new jacket I decided to give this a go.
I've teamed it with my fashionworld jeggings, a leopard vest top from Mataln and my new golddigga wedges. It's jeans and a jacket sure, but with a very sassy edge.
Statement bag and wedge shoes compliment this outfit perfectly
A look like this demands a statement bag and in my handbag collection my Vivienne Westwood is the biggest and the shiniest.
Betty rules insist on big hair for such a loud jacket so I've beehived my barnet (Sporting a new pink streak)  and worn a skull necklace for a little taste of rock n roll.I'm not sure if this jacket isn't more Miami Vice than Elvis but either way I adore it.
Lipstick on my collar

I feel really smart but glamorous too and it’s great to try out a different silhouette. The jeggings with heels make my legs look longer and the wide shoulders and nipped in waist create a great hourglass.
Calling Don Johnson-you can't have your jacket back-its mine

I adore wearing dresses and they are always my first love but this is a great way to wear trousers without feeling too scruffy.
A great silhouette for ladies with big boobies
This jacket is fab if you quite top heavy as with the addition of a belt it really compliments your proportions  Unbelted its more casual and obviously less figure hugging but just as nice.
Have you tried the jackets/Jeans combination? Is it a plus size winner or too much like "dress down Friday" for your liking?
