Prodigy Red OOTD

I admit I hadn't heard of Prodigy Red before they contacted me to tell me about their new plus size range . The clothes on their site are young, fashionable and very affordable and whilst the plus size line is most definately a capsule range at the moment its very promising with some super affordable and rather cute skater skirts, body con dresses, tee shirts and even onesies!

Finding clothes past a size 14 which dont cost the earth can sometimes take the fun disposable side of fashion out of life for us chunks and I for one do need cool basics for in the week when I'm on the school run, dashing about and want to look cool but also be comfortable. That's where a site like Prodigy Red really comes into its own.
Off the shoulder chic
I was immediately drawn to this bat wing top with a leopard print heart on at £9.99.
I love slash necks as they aways feel slightly eighties in a Banararama/early Madonna kind of way (just make sure you have a clean bra on ladies)
This top is super long without being baggy which earns big brownie points as tops that ride up and show off my Buddha belly drive me nuts. Sadly this now doesn't seem to be in stock at time of writing but they do have this rather cute butterfly top which is similar

A top which isnt too short-hurrah

Ive coupled the batwing sweater with a bright green skater skirt which also comes with a little black belt. Yet again at £9.99  I think this is a great addition to my wardrobe which isn't going to break the bank and I love the pop of colour it offers.

This cute skater skirt comes in a few colours I love  this bright green

Prodigy Reds range currently goes up to a size 24 and I really hope they increase this as I think the collection is a great place to stock up on inexpensive  items to freshen up your wardrobe without breaking the bank.
ooh what that
Ive teamed the outfit with black tights, a leopard print headscarf and a pair of brothel creepers with leopard print trim. Its part rockabilly chic, part eighties girlband.
Sadly as I was getting these photos taken the heavens opened. May in England. Doncha love it.

Not my hair
