Bath Bombs and Vintage Festivals

bath goodies that look good enough to eat

I am a total sucker for bath smellies that either smell or look like cakes and sweeties.
My little girl is the same and my bathroom is full of Chocolate flavoured body butter, cherry bubble bath and honey body scrubs.

So when I was sent this miss patisserie mini bath bake  by the gorgeous online boutique Lotty Blue to review I was very pleased indeed. It didn't hurt that the box features a pin up lady and it all has a rather French ooh la la sensibility.

You drop the whole cake in the bath and once it's all fizzed away you are left with the cake top which you exfoliate with. It's floral scented and I have to say it created a rather scrumptious bath and at £7.50 this would make a rather fab gift.As I find with most bath products of this type you could easily cut it in half and get a few baths out of it.

Lisa from Lotty Blue is organising an amazing happening next weekend (The 18th of May) which will definitely be of interest to all you vintage lovers out there and I promised I would bang the drum about it.
"Pitch in for victory "is a vintage jamboree with stalls, pop up beauty parlours, vintage bands and loads of family activities taking place at Staffordshire County Showground. This is swiftly followed by a night of pure glamour called "Dance to victory" at the Ingestre Suite also at the Staffordshire County Showground featuring performances from Lola L'Amour, string of pearls  and miss Laura bill. Billed as a night for ballroom, jive, strolling and jitterbugging
It sounds amazing and full details can be found here

The Vintage Pamperbox is nominated for an award

The Vintage Pamperbox has been nominated for "Best Vintage Wedding event supplier" in the National vintage awards. I'm not sure if we will be shortlisted but I am so chuffed to be included. Me and Lilly have worked so hard at building up our little business it really is like my second child. If you think we deserve to win please cast your vote here it only takes a few minutes and would mean the world to me.
