Polka Dots cheer me up

Rather depressingly it seems like Autumn may be here and summer is over. Having to put the heating on at the end of August just seems so wrong and whilst I love the autumn/winter seasons it would have been so good to have enjoyed a few more sunny days.

To cheer myself up Ive gone all out Minnie Mouse with my outfit today and have pulled some very exciting poses which I hope put a smile on your dial.
This polka dot dress is an oldie but a goldie. Ive had it for about six years and I brought it from Dorothy Perkins. It was one of those special moments when you see one item on a sale rail and convince yourself it wont fit because you love it too much and then the near impossible happens-it fits like a glove and costs mere pounds.Hurrah!

Anyway I digress. Ive teamed this polka dot bargain with a silk polka dot head scarf and my fave Jelly bow shoes.

Oh Summer-it was fleeting

My cardigan is a Collectif one courtesy of Dolly mixture clothing which Ive knotted at the waist to create definition.
Ive worn a vest under the dress as its quite low cut and I always feel a little bit busty Mcbusty otherwise.

Red Lipstick always brightens up my day

To match the dress Ive gone for a bright red lipstick which is by Beseme in shade Beseme Red. My eyeshadow is from the Sleek Au natural palette.
My eyeliner is a liquid one from the 2true range and my blusher is a Beauty UK baked one. I'm wearing  a new foundation by a company called M.asam (I'm going to do a full review on this but so far I'm loving it)

I hope the weather isn't getting you too down. Just think of all the snazzy tights and cool jumper/scarf combinations we can now try!
