OOTD: Im A Lumberjack!

Practical, Comfortable with a hint of Rockabilly chic
Some days when you know you are going to be doing a lot of cleaning, gardening or generally anything that demands a certain amount of practicality your wardrobe has to reflect that. I refuse to wear a tracksuit for anything other than going to the gym so my go to outfit  for  practical wear is a cross between Rosie the Riveter and a lumberjack.

Hair tied up-with a victory roll in my fringe.
Checked shirts have long been a rockabilly staple and this one which is by Primark is great as its almost like a short dress and has pockets.
Ive teamed it with rolled up jeans and tied a red bandanna on my hair to keep it out of the way

Loving my new moustache necklace

I often team this look with ballet pumps but today Ive gone for  polka dot wedges. I'm wearing one of my favourite necklaces of the moment which is by Accessorize
I'm a lumberjack and I'm OK!

I may be planning a bank holiday of decorating and sorting but I'm still wearing make up. My eyeshadow is from the MUA undressed palette, my blush is from the Baked blush range in Royal Rose from beauty UK with High beam by benefit on the cheekbones. My lipstick is Beseme Red by Beseme.Ive slicked some 2true eyeliner on and my mascara is Volume Express cat eye by Mabelline
Polka Dot wedges finish the outfit off.

Remember feeling good and looking great has nothing to do with dress size and everything to do with attitude.Never wait to be a certain weight to start enjoying clothes and never reject anything thinking it wont suit your shape. Try it on-you may be surprised.
