Demon Donkey Pumps from Dolly Mixture

I always try and make my blog posts, entertaining or informative (or hopefully both) but sometimes I just use my little corner of cyberspace to simply share things which make me happy. Making me happy today are my new shoes or as I have now decided they forever be known "the loveliest shoes in the world" I received these beauties from Dolly Mixture Cothing on a particularly grey and depressing morning.

As soon as I opened the box and saw the pink sparkly insoles looking at me my heart missed  a beat.

Made by Iron Fist (who I already own too many shoes by) these are the perfect ballet pumps for spring.

The design on them features ice cream cones, owls, swallows and cupcakes all in bubblegum pink.

The sparkly pink bow with silver ice cream cone charm on the front completes the look. These shoes make me feel like Dorothy.When I first put them on I actually clicked my heals together.

I find so  many clothes and shoes on the market nowadays drab and uninspiring and I love that these make my feet a talking point. They are girly and pretty but also quite tongue in cheek.Cute but edgy. Sweet but tough.

So in love am I with my new shoes that I have taken various pictures of me adoring them.

Its true money wont buy you love but a new pair of shoes which are pink and glitery (oh and very comfortable did I mention that) will certainly put a smile on my dial.
