5 Tips To Become A Happy Shopper

Today is usually the busiest day of the Christmas Shopping calender. For everyone planning on hitting the shops here are my quick tips for a good experience.

Tip#1
Wear Flat shoes, a bag which goes across you leaving your hands free and take  a bottle of water, a fully charged phone and change for parking or train/bus.

Tip#2
Write a list of what you are buying with some alternatives for each person

Tip#3
Look on the Internet to see which shops stock what you want (and if you have time to do a price comparison) this will save going to lots of stores unnecessarily.

Tip#4
Plan a route. Work out where to park and then write a quick order of which shops to hit in what order. In the throng of hassled shoppers you can be like a retail ninja.

Tip#5
Decide a strict budget for each gift and take that amount out in cash. Leave your cards at home. then you wont be dazzled by all the Christmas joy and end up in the overspend haze.

Happy shopping!

  1. Sound advice! Of course, I managed to avoid the madness by staying at home nursing a cold...
